How to make the animation work with screen shot

Hi,

I am wondering if I put a screen shot in PPT, how can I make a animation to display every movement/click I did, without changing any other displayed part in this screen shot.

Meanwhile, the animation may display some parts which can't be stored in one screen shot.
For example, displaying the lower part of the document with drag the side bar down smoothly as in Windows.

Thanks a lot!

RE: How to make the animation work with screen shot

Hi Xie

Thank you for your question.

In order to catch all movements you make I would suggest using another program to record what you are doing on screen and then put this into the presentation. Otherwise doing this sort of thing can take a very painstakingly long time to try and animate in PowerPoint.

There is a piece of free software called Wink that you could use to record what you are doing as a Flash animation.

I hope this helps.
Amanda

PowerPoint tip:

Change The Powerpoint view to 16:9 ratio

In PowerPoint you can adjust the 'Page Setup' commands to change the height and/or width of the page - changing the aspect ratio.

You can make it so that the effect on screen will look similaar to the letterbox films that you see on TV - with black space above and below the picture.

Choose 'File' menu, select 'Page Setup'.

Make the Width 64 cm and the Height 36 cm.

Click OK
