Shadow borders

how do you create a border around a table, that appears to look like a "button" due to the shadow around it?

thanks

RE: shadow borders

Hi Chantell,

Could you give me an example URL of where this exists? I'm not sure exactly what you mean.

It could be that you may need to make some 'shadow' images and have them repeating around the bottom and right borders of your table.

Alternatively, you could try CSS, making a style which contains bottom and right border information (eg. grey 5 pixels), and then apply the style to the whole table. You would learn to do this in our Dreamweaver Advanced course.

I hope this helps. If you reply with more detail or a URL, and the method is different to the above, I will explain for you.

Regards, Rich
