Comment Boxes
I used the comments boxes today on a report and moved them to appear outside the report detail, but when i printed out the report the comments do not show up even though they were in the print area. I was wondering if it is possible to print them and if so how to instruct it to do so or if you can only view the comments on the screen?

Thanks for your question.
There are a couple of options for printing comments.
Your first option is to show the comments in the spreadsheet - you can do this by going to Tools-Options-View then selecting the Comments and Indicator option under Comments and click OK. Then go to File-Page Setup-Sheet and there is a dropdown arrow next to Comments: where you can select As displayed on sheet then print.
Your second option is to get the comments to print underneath your spreadsheet. To do this go to File-Page Setup-Sheet then use the dropdown arrow next to Comments: to select At the end of sheet.
