Powerpoint compatibility

I have the 2007 version of Powerpoint and I'm finding that I am constantly having to save presentations in the 2003 format so other people can open them. Apart from saving it again, is there any other way of sending it so it is compatible for other users without 2007?

RE: Powerpoint compatibility

1) Click on Office button (top left MS Office icon)
2) Click on PowerPoint Option button
3) Save category
4) 1st line, Save Files in this Format: choose PowerPoint Presentation 97-2003 format
5) Click ok.

Keep this format for a good while until your recipients change their office version.

PowerPoint tip:

2003 keyboard shortcuts work in 2010

If you are happy using your Ctrl + shortcuts and Alt + shortcuts, they still work in Powerpoint 2010.

You can also benefit from the 2010 enhancements using Key Tips.
