Slide Master

How i input a slide master half way through my presentation without changing every single slide?

RE: Slide Master

Hi Sarah-Michelle

Thanks for your question.

I think you would need to set up multiple slide masters if you wanted to have some slides that had one particular format and other slides to have a different format.

To do this, go to View - Master - Slide master. Then click the New Slide Master button on the Slide Master view toolbar. You can then create another master slide.

You should ensure that both of your slide masters are preserved. They will have a pin symbol next to them on the left side of the screen if this is the case. If a slide master is not preserved, select it from the left of the screen then click the Preserve master button on the Slide Master view toolbar.

Once you have done this close out of the slide master view. If you click the design button at the top of the screen then you will see your two slide master designs. To apply them use the dropdown arrow on the right of the master you want to apply and choose Apply to selected slides.
