powerpoint training in - Links in PowerPoint

I would like to paste in a link to a presentation, but I'd like to hide it - cover it with an image for example so instead of 'click here www.example.co.uk' it just shows an image (not sure exactly what of but probably a JPEG).

Is this possible?
