How do I add a text box to a chart?

RE: Chart

Hi Catherine, thanks for your question

at the bottom of your Excel screen you will find a toolbar. Hover your mouse over the buttons in the centre to locate the Text box icon. Click it then let go with your mouse and move the pointer to your chart. Click and drag where you want the text box to start. Once you have drawn the shape for the box let go with your mouse. You can then enter text.

Hope this helps - let us know if you have any further questions.

Thanks

Andrew

Excel tip:

Change the Value of a Constant

When using a named constant in a worksheet, you may wish to change the value of that constant.

From the 'Insert' menu, select 'Name', then select 'Define'.

In the 'Define Name' dialog box, select the constant that you want to change.
Change the value in the 'Refers To' box.
Click OK.

Wherever that named constant has been used it will now use its new value.
