Altas taught us about the Notebooks feature of Copilot - it seems that it isn't possible to share these with colleagues. Is there another suggested module or work around? My colleague and I both take sales calls and a shared and building resource on their content would be very useful.

Unfortunately, there is currently no way to share a chat or notebook between multiple people. That is due to data protection where everything is siloed to your account.
You could create a workaround for that using an agent. If you are recording the calls, then you can save the transcripts to a folder. Then build an agent to use that folder as a knowledgebase, with custom instructions about how you want it to interpret the data. You still wouldn’t be able to see the same chat between colleagues, but it would at least be looking at the same data and responding in the same way.
