Accessing Sub folders in Outlook, someone elses outlook

Hi I want to know how I can look at some one else folder and sub folders in their account.

I have been given permission to view the other persons e-mail account however whenever a sub folder is created I would have to get permission to view the folder within that e-mail account.

Is there a way of accessing the folders of the other person without getting permissions for each folder

thanks

RE: Accessing Sub folders in Outlook, someone elses outlook

Hi Qasem

This is a question for your system administrator - whether you can do this or not depends on your organisation's security policy. It is possible to give your log in account ownership of another's mailbox. This should then give you the ability to work with all sub folders, regardless of when they are created.

Do let us know if you have any further questions.

Kind regards,

Andrew
