Thank you for the forum question and thank you for the nice feedback. I am happy you found the course useful.

You can make a live connection to Dynamics using Power Query in Excel. By doing this you can automate the process making invoices.

You will need to have advanced knowledge of Power Query to do this and may also need to use VBA.

To be more helpful answering the question, I will need much details about what you need to do.
