How to have two different sheets of the same spreadsheet on extended screens

RE: Excel

Hello Helen,

Thank you for your question. To show two different sheets from the same workbook on two screens, you first need to go to the View tab. Here, click 'New Window' in the Window group.

This will open a second window of the same workbook. You are able to select any of the tabs in both windows. You can also drag one of the windows to an extended screen if your Windows project mode is set to Extend.

I hope this helps.

Kind regards

Excel tip:

Importing Numbers in Excel 2010

Occasionally, when importing data into Excel you find that the some of the imported values are treated as text.

To convert these numbers to actual values, click on an empty cell and press Ctrl+C.

Next, select the range that contains the values you need to change and in the Clipboard Group on the Home tab, click the Paste drop-down arrow and choose Paste Special. In the Paste Special dialog box, select Add and then click OK.
