Notebook/OneNote

Hi,
I am working on a document in Notebook but when I can't open in browser only in desktop app. I can't share the document either. It looks like i'm signed on to OneDrive so I don't understand why it doesn't like it?
thanks
Catherine

RE: Notebook/OneNote

Hi Catherine,

I've encountered this problem before with Chrome and multiple accounts logged in to Microsoft services.

You can try Edge or using an incognito window. Then copy then the link to the onenote and see if that works.

If you've tried that already let me know and we can explore other options

Kind regards

RE: Notebook/OneNote

Hi Richard,

Thank you. I have opened up both OneNote and OneDrive in Edge just now and i'm still unable to share the notebook.

This is the message i receive:

"To share this notebook, you'll need to put it on OneDrive or Sharepoint"

Also when I click to open the notebook for me to view it comes up with:

"Unpack Notebook

Specify the notebook properties

Create/cancel"

I don't understand that either because i've already created it?

RE: Notebook/OneNote

Hi Catherine,

So it doesn't appear to be the browser.
Are you having any issues syncing OneDrive files?
The OneDrive client can cause sync issues if there are unresolved conflicts. Are the clouds in the bottom right of your task bar Blue, spinning or does it have a red cross?

I'm assuming that it's all been saved in OneDrive and working absolutely fine up until this point, is that correct?

Kind regards
