Creating dashboard for recruitment tracking and general recuitme

I have tried to Google "recruitment tracker dashboard excel". There are some free to download, but I couldn't find any I liked.

Nice dashboards cost money, but you can download the free and may be get some ideas. I have created many dashboards. I have got many ideas from others dashboards, but I always end up creating my own. It has never been possible for me to find one, which perfectly fit to my needs.
