Desktop keypad f4

Hi Team,
On my regular desktop keypad I cannot use f4 to do the $in formulas to make them constant. What do i do?

Thanks,
Soumya

RE: desktop keypad f4

Hi Soumya,

Thank you for the forum question.

You probably need to use the keys FN and F4

You will find FN (the function key) on the bottom left side of your keyboard.

RE: desktop keypad f4

Hi Team,

This has been resolved. The problem was in Skype setting, f4 is used as shrt key to start a call, so you need to go int setting - General and Hotkeys within there, change it from F4 to either another key or none for npl guys

Thankyou

Excel tip:

How to select certain data in an Excel 2010 workbook

If you want to select the correct data set in a page full of data, the most accurate and efficient way of doing this is to use the ''Shift and Click'' technique.

For example: If you want to select all data in cells A2 to E10, then click on cell A2, hold down the Shift key and click on cell E10 and all the data you want to see is highlighted.

Keep holding down the Shift key and you can move from cell E10 to any other cell in the spreadsheet.
