Excel filtering
If I have 2 excel documents with the same data, however one document is a newer version that has more new data. Could I filter the excel sheets to remove the duplicate data that is shown on both excel sheets?
I do apologise if my question is confusing.
RE: Excel filtering
Hi Nazia,
Thank you for the forum question.
If what you want is to end up with a unique list (no duplicates) just copy all the records from the old and paste them to the new list. Click somewhere inside the list.
Click on the Data tab and click Remove Duplicates in the Data Tools group.
Click OK and you will have a new list based on your all list and your new list without duplicates.
Kind regards
