OneNote

Hi there,

I'm trying to share notes taken in OneNote as a PDF document. The notes contain images taken on an iphone and text but when I hit Send as PDF the images get cut off and it leaves a blank page between each image. Any suggestions

Hi Parisa

It's leaving a blank page because the picture overhangs a standard A4 and PDF printer isn't scaling it properly.

Are you using Adobe Reader/Acrobat or the default Microsoft PDF Reader?

Does it happen when using File/Export/Page as PDF or just the File/Send/Send as PDF?

Has this happened before?

Hopefully we can get to the bottom of this for you asap.

When you paste though, use the Paste Special option to insert as unformatted text. That cuts out all the fancy formatting and hyperlinks that may be embedded.
