It's leaving a blank page because the picture overhangs a standard A4 and PDF printer isn't scaling it properly.

Are you using Adobe Reader/Acrobat or the default Microsoft PDF Reader?

Does it happen when using File/Export/Page as PDF or just the File/Send/Send as PDF?

Has this happened before?

Hopefully we can get to the bottom of this for you asap.
