Excel introduction May

Hi - I attended the Excel introduction course today at Bloomsbury with Sarah Reid.

At the end of the session we all emailed our worksheet for the day back to our personal email. Unfortunately I attached the original version 'Excel Introduction May' rather than the file I had been working on all day which i believe i saved as 'Excel introduction May Louis'.

Is there any way this file can be sent to me as i currently have no copy of the worked examples that i completed today to ever refer to.

I have an intermediate course booked for Tuesday so would be good to get this asap if possible

Thanks
Louis

RE: excel introduction May

Hi Louis

Thank you for using our forum.

There is a strong likelihood that we may already have deleted the files. I can ask Sarah to send you a fresh copy if that would help?

Kind regards

Excel tip:

Change the default location for opening and saving spreadsheets

If you are always opening spreadsheets from and/or saving documents to a specific location that is not My Documents, save time by setting this folder as the default for opening files from and saving files to.

Here's how:
1. Go to Tools - Options.

2. Select the General tab.

3. Enter the pathname of the folder you wish to make the default in the Default File Location box (hint: it will be easier to use Windows Explorer to navigate to this folder, then copy and paste the pathname from the address bar at the top of the Windows Explorer screen).

4. Click OK.

You have now changed the default folder for opening and saving spreadsheets.
