Hi Rika,
Thank you for the forum question.
Do you mean that you will compare year with previous year?
Then you have to add the values you want to compare twice under values in the PivotTable and add the years to Rows. Right click on one of the values in the second column of values on the PivotTable and click "Show values as" and select % Difference from. The Base field must be Years and base item must be Previous.

Excel tip:Counting Non Number Cells (Text)If you try to use the COUNT FUNCTION =COUNT(Cell range)with a range of cells with numbers and or containing text fields you wil find that that the text cells will be excluded from the the count. If you want to include them try the the COUNTA FUNCTION =COUNTA(Cell range). This counts both text and number cell values. |
