Checkboxes, link cell
I was wondering if there was a quicker way of linking checkboxes to their corresponding cells, rather than manually linking the cell through format control?
I have a spread sheet with multiple checkboxes and would like to use TRUE/FALSE, but can't seem to do this without linking to cell.
RE: checkboxes, link cell
Hi Amy,
Thank you for the forum question.
No there is not an easier/quicker way.
Well if you are using ActiveX Checkboxes and know how to code them in VBA, you can link the True and False to an array in the memory of your computer, but for this you will need advanced VBA knowledge.
If you do not know VBA, unfortunately you must link one checkbox at the time to one cell.
Kind regards
