Pivot Tables

Once you have created a pivot table, if you want to see the data source for each entry. Is there a quicker way of doing this instead of clicking on the individual entries in the pivot table?

RE: Pivot Tables

Hi Bhavin,

Thank you for the forum question.

No I am sorry, you will have to double click each entry you want to extract to another sheet.

Well everything is possible in Excel, but you will need to VBA code the task in the Visual Basic Editor.

Kind regards

Excel tip:

Change Excel's default font

You can change the default font and font size for all spreadsheets created in Excel by:

1. Going to Tools on the menu bar.
2. Select Options, then General.
3. Next to Standard Font you can change the font and font size.
4. Click OK.

Each new file you start from this point onward should use the font and font size you have selected.
