How do I create a formula to find double entries in database spreadsheets? For example same Company names with the same Account Managers in different column.

Do you want to be able to eliminate any duplicates from the spreadsheet, or just be able to find where there are double entries?

Find them first, assess which needs to be deleted and then remove, therefore find only option would be better.

It involves creating an array formula, so rather than me trying to explain it here, it would be best to refer directly to the reference I have put in above.
If you are interested, and you are doing this kind of thing enough to warrant it, there are pieces of software that you can buy specifically for what you want to do, for example, the Fuzzy Duplicate Finder (see http://www.ablebits.com/excel-duplicates-find-remove-addins/index.php )
