Is it possible for an external user to view a sheet but only certain data. For example, if they have a profile they can fill in their personal details but on a seperate table there will be a feedback page which they are not meant to see?

RE: Protection

Hi Kati,

Thank you for the forum question.

If you want to keep someone from been able to see part of a worksheet, you hide the columns and then protect the sheet with a password.

Change column width to zero and the click Protect Sheet on the Review tab. Add a password and click ok.

Please let me know if this is not what you want.
