A PivotTable is a very powerful tool in Excel to fast analyse many records.

On our Excel advanced course PivotTables and PivotCharts are on the course outline. We also have a course called Excel PivotTables where we work with all the options a whole day.

Excel tip:

Highlighting only Text cells

To select onlt text value cells in a spreadsheet, click on Edit-Go to(F5)


In the Go To dialog box, click Special.
In the Go To Special dialog box, select Constants.
Click OK.
