Intercompany Matrix

When creating an intercompany matrix, what is the best way of doing this?

RE: Intercompany Matrix

Hi Michael

Thanks for your question about Intercompany Matrix. This is not part of our Microsoft Office training. But I will get back to you if I find any information from other trainers.

RE: Intercompany Matrix

Hi Michael,

I think this depends on the size of data you are reconciling.

We build an IC Reconciliation Matrix when comparing transactions accounts multiples accounts. These could be two columns of data side by side, or multiple accounts/companies that we have to pivot.

If have a reference column you could use the Match function and Index to balance it

If you have transactions broken into separate amount you might need to write a SUMIFS formula.

If you could provide more detail we can offer suggestions on the techniques.

Kind regards
