HI,
I just wanted to know what meant the following appearing on my screen below:
(Unfortunately cannot copy paste?) however basically this is the message appearing inside a small window :
"An embedded object in this worksheet is created a newer version of Office: etc ...
maybe better get back to me via this way and will be able to explain only tomorrow after 3.00PM.

Hi Stella,
I'm not sure which version of Excel you are using, I suspect it might be 2007. Yellow Office logo in the top left corner?
Features that are made on the new versions 2010 or 2013, will not open properly on an older version like 2007. You may not be able to copy and paste either. Copying and pasting also stops working properly if you try opening Excel more than once, for two computer screens.
Has the file been edited by anyone on an upgraded version of Excel? It may be the case that they have used Slicers (Filter buttons) on a Pivot Table, these objects will not show in 2007 and you will get that warning.
