Bar charts

capturing data from more than one type of cell to make multiple charts

RE: bar charts

Hi Paul

If you need to capture multiple columns into one chart, can I assume you are happy to make one column into a chart?

If you click on your Chart, head up to the Chart Tools: Design tab in Green. Click on Select Data.

This will give you the Data selection box for adding columns to the Chart.
Under Legend Entries click on Add
The Series Name box needs the Cell with the Column Heading
The Series Value box needs to have the column of data selected.

When you click OK it will add that to the current chart.

I hope that helps, please reply if you have any problems with that.

Kind regards
