Outlook
If you're changing computers, how do you ensure that all your Outlook folders from your old computer (with all the emails in them) are exported properly to Outlook on new computer
RE: Outlook
Hi Savannah,
Great question. It really depends on how your email client is configured. If you are at work, many companies use Outlook via an Exchange client which keeps the email and folders stored in a central place, the server, you just get a copy on your computer. If you add or change folders on your computer it will make a change on the server. If you use a new computer the server should tell it to use the folders you had last time.
Kind regards
