Powerpoint

Hi there,

I can't seem to get changes I make on the master slide to happen when I switch over to normal view.

The date, footer, page number etc doesn't seem to come through.

Any ideas?

Just to let you know, we have public speaking class London for those who regularly deliver presentations.

RE: Powerpoint

Hi Jennifer,

Thank you for the forum question.

Make sure that you are doing the changes in the global slide in master view (The one at the top). If you are doing it in one of the layouts below the changes will only work for the specific layout.

I hope this can help you.

Kind regards

PowerPoint tip:

Preview slide show effects without changing views

It is possible to preview how a slide will look in slideshow view while working on your presentation, without changing views.

While you are editing your presentation, hold down the CTRL key and click the slide show view button.

This opens a small preview window on your screen which shows the particular slide you are working on in slideshow view. Press the Esc key to close the preview.
