Chart

Take out a pie of the chart in the pivot table in order for it to look nice

RE: chart

Hi Tessa

Thank you for your question.

You can move the chart to its own sheet by left clicking the chart then going to the green Pivot Chart Tools Ribbon and choosing the Design Tab. On the far right of the ribbon is the Move chart button. Click it and choose to move to a new sheet. You can also use the same process to move it back to its original sheet.

Alternatively if you right click your chart you can copy then paste into another sheet or another application like Word or PowerPoint

I hope this helps - let me know if you have any other questions.

Kind regards,
Andrew

Excel tip:

Use Paint Brush to Format More than one Cell

To copy a format to many cells or ranges

1. Select the cell with the format that you want to copy

2. Double-click on the paint brush

When you move to the cell where you want to paste the format you will notice that a paint brush follows the cursor.

Paste the format to all the cells or ranges you need to format.

When finished go back to the paint brush on the tool bar and single click on it to deactivate the function.
