Excel - IF
Hello,
I'm trying to create a formula to achieve following outcome:
There are different tasks with different due dates. For tasks which are smaller than TODAY, I would like to have a GREEN Traffic light. For tasks which are 7 days smaller than TODAY, I would like to have a yellow traffic light. If TODAY is bigger than the due date, I would like to have the red traffic light.
The dates are in different columns and currently in this format: 31/05/2014
Thanks for your suggestion.
Christine
RE: Excel - IF
Hi Christine,
Thank you for the forum question.
You need to select the dates and click conditional formatting in the "Styles" group on the "Home" tab.
click new rule and have a look at the attached Excel file. On sheet 1 you will see my example. You will also find a picture with the conditional formatting settings.
Kind regards
