Formating

Is there a way to select an unchangeable font size and style for an entire worksheet so that regardless of where you cut & paste from text will always appear in your selected font size and style?

RE: Formating

Hello Gabi,

Thank you for your question regarding formatting.

Unfortunately there is no way to ensure data is always pasted in a specific font and/or size.

One of the quickest solutions though, is to highlight the entire sheet (CTRL + A) then select the desired font and size.

Hope that helps.

Kind regards

Excel tip:

Cycling through Absoulte cell references

If you are working with formulas in excel and need to convert your formula to an absolute formula, instead on manually adding in the $dollar signs you can highlight the specific part of your formula and press the F4 key.

You can cycle through all the absolute options by pressing the button (up to four times)
