Swapping cells
Is there a keyboard short cut to swap the contents of two highlighted cells?
RE: Swapping cells
Hi Hannah
Thanks for getting in touch. There's no built in keyboard shortcut to do this unless you program a VBA macro and assign it to a key.
The nearest alternative you have will work if the two cells (or ranges) are adjacent: click on one cell, move your mouse to the edge of the cell, hold the SHIFT key and move it to the new location. It should swap places with the neighbouring cell.
Kind regards
