Can you undetake a word count and exclude quotes and bibliography

Hi Rae

Thanks for getting in touch. There's no specific feature in Word to help you do this.

The only way round is to highlight (select) the text, and look in the bottom left to see how many words you have selected.

Alternatively, if this is difficult, you could store your quotes and bibliography in a separate document and combine at the end, to make the word count easier.
