Adding video

What is the most common file types of video to use in powerpoint that everyone can see

RE: Adding video

Hi Jonathan

Thanks for getting in touch. PowerPoint offers you many options, and some are better for Windows PC, and others better for Apple computers.

Unfortunately you are always beholden to what video services are installed on the destination PC. With modern devices your best bet at a universal filetype are MP4 or MPEG videos.

Kind regards

PowerPoint tip:

Aligning slide objects using gridlines

The Grids and Guides feature in PowerPoint can serve as a visual guide to assist with aligning and/or resizing shapes.

Go to View > Grid and Guides or on the Drawing toolbar, select Draw > Grid and Guides. You can then choose to display the grid or guides on the screen.
