I have completed the intermediate course and the trainer showed us how to change the pattern of printing pages eg instead of printing over and down, it can be changed to down and over or across, etc.
I can't seem to find my notes in relation to this and am struggling. Hope you can help.

Hello Sheila,
Thank you for your question regarding changing the print order.
First of all from the file menu select Page Setup and then select the Sheet tab. At the bottom you will find the Page Order options Down, then over or Over, then down.
