If i have subtotals in the most limited amount of data, generated one how can i paste it to the new spreadsheet.

Thanks for getting in touch. I'm not sure I have grasped your problem completely. Could you provide an example of what you're trying to do?
Generally speaking, subtotals can be copied and pasted between sheets with no problems.
