Bubble Graph

Good Morning,

I have been trying to create a bubble graph which demonstrates risk factors and it has different risk categories. However, I would like to combine all of the catergories onto one graph but this does not seem to be working currently. Please can you give me any assistance with this? I am happy to send over some example data if required.

Many thanks for your help.

Regards,

Amy.

RE: Bubble Graph

Hello Amy,

Thanks for sending me the file containing the data you used to create your Excel Bubble charts.

I have taken all the data and placed each category one under the other on the same sheet. Then I have created a bubble chart by selecting all the categories and then formatting it as you have done for the individual categories. I'm not sure if this is what you are looking for.

The problem with what you are trying to do involves the factors. Each category has different factors and so the way I have produced the bubble chart includes all the factors.

I then produced a group of charts and overlaid one over the other. This takes a long time, however, I think it is more accurate.

I have attached the file for your attention.

I hope this resolves your question. If it has, please mark this question as resolved.

If you require further assistance, please reply to this post. Or perhaps you have another Microsoft Office question?

Have a great day.
