How do I set a workbook to creat an automatic back-up copy when I save?

Hi Lyn

Just checking if you are asking for a way using VBA to create a backup copy. There is no automatic way under Excel Options. You can turn on the Autorecovery feature which saves a workbook if there is a power outage or in version 2010 if a file is not saved.

Deleting cells, Rows & columns
