Which do you think are the top 10 most useful shortcuts?
RE: Shortcuts
Hello Scott,
Hope you enjoyed your Microsoft Excel Intermediate course with Best STL.
Thank you for your question regarding Excel shortcuts.
I think you may get a different answer to this question from each of our trainers since this is a personal choice.
My top 10 favourites would be:
CTRL+C to copy
CTRL+V to paste
CTRL+X to cut
CTRL+F to find
CTRL+H to replace
CTRL+A to select an entire range of data
CTRL+SHIFT+DownArrow to select a column of data
CTRL+SHIFT+RightArrow to select a row of data
CTRL+Z to undo
CTRL+Y or F4 repeat the last action
ALT+= to add a column of data
and so on...
...there are many shortcuts in Excel and to find them all click on Help then in the search box type Key Tips and in the list of items presented to you, Excel Shortcuts will be there.
Have fun with it!
I hope this resolves your question. If it has, please mark this question as resolved.
If you require further assistance, please reply to this post. Or perhaps you have another Microsoft Office question?
Have a great day.
