Formulas in Excel

I’m putting together an excel spreadsheet to calculate the salary Increases but at the same time I want the Salary budget to decrease as you input your recommendations. I’m not sure whether what’s the best formula to use. I would happy to send the document for someone to review as it’s a bit confusing.

Thanks

Aisha
