Handouts

Please can you advise how to create a handout where there are lines next to each powerpoint? (so the lines are empty for people to write on).

RE: Handouts

Hi Heather,

I might be answering twice here as we spoke about this I think after you had posted this question. It won’t hurt to have it on paper also. So, you would do the following;

> click the office button
> select print
> in the "print what" select handouts
> in the "handsout" box chose an option, 3 per page will give you the lines
> print

You can also sent this to word and do the same thing;

> office button
> publish
> create handouts in Microsoft office word
> select one of the options with the solid lines
> select ok

If the file is large it can take a bit of time to transfer.

I hope that helps?

If there is anything else I can help you with please contact me anytime.

Thanks
Paul ;)

PowerPoint tip:

Blank The Screen During a Presentation

You sometimes need eye-to-eye contact with your audience, so to remove the temptation of the presentation screen behind you, blank out the screen.

Ctrl+B blacks the screen out, and use it again to continue.

Ctrl+W whites the screen, but be careful not to use this in a dark room. You may blind your audience with a strong white light.
