Style numbered list

When creating a numbered list using a custom style, how do you go back into it to format how it appears, i.e, set the indentation differently?

RE: Style numbered list

Hi Jassen, good to hear from you. If you create a numbered list and ensure your cursor is within that text, you can click on the drop down beside the multilevel list icon. If your list style has been set up correctly you'll see "Current List" at the top with a preview of the numbered levels. You can right click on this preview and choose modify, which will take you back to the List Styles dialog box where you can modify setttings such as indents.

Hope this helps,

Anthony

Word tip:

Change text immediately from upper case to lower case or vice versa in Word 2010

You don't ave to re-type all the text out again in Word 2010 if you decide you want to change the case of the text. Here's a really quick way of doing it without typing it all out again.

First, select the selection of text you want to change. Then, just press the Shift + F3 keys and keep pressing until the text looks the way you want.
