How can you print to PDF using an icon button as in previous applications, and will this still create bookmarks as previously.

RE: Adobe PDF

Hello Gilleese,

Thank you for your question regarding PDF and Word.

You can convert Word docs to PDF through the File Ribbon, Save and Send, from the File type section, select the Create PDF/XPS button. If you need bookmarks saved too, in the dialog that asks where to save and what to name the file, you will see an Option button in bottom right. In this you'll find the Bookmark options.

I hope this resolves your question. If it has, please mark this question as resolved.

If you require further assistance, please reply to this post. Or perhaps you have another Microsoft Office question?

Have a great day.
Regards,

Mark

Microsoft Office tip:

Fine Tuning for AutoShapes

The Windows drawing tools are generally labelled lines, rectangles, oval, etc. Similarly in the Office Suite.

To regulate any shape, straight line, square, circle, stars, smiley faces, etc ... hold down the Shift key while you draw the shape. Remember to release the mouse button before releasing the Shift key.
