How do I link a worksheet?

RE: links

Hi Susannah

Thanks for the question

To add cells on different sheets you would use a formula like:

=A1+Sheet2!B1

Where "Sheet2" is the name of the worksheet
Separated with a ! from the cell reference

Simply create the formula like you normally would, but click on the relevant sheets and cells as you create the formula

Hope that helps

Tracy

Excel tip:

Counting Non Number Cells (Text)

If you try to use the COUNT FUNCTION =COUNT(Cell range)with a range of cells with numbers and or containing text fields you wil find that that the text cells will be excluded from the the count. If you want to include them try the the COUNTA FUNCTION =COUNTA(Cell range). This counts both text and number cell values.
