Duplication of Text in Word

I have a word document consisting of 14 pages.

On Page 1 is a picture

On Page 14, i have another picture and a text box which explains the picture.

I think scroll back up to Page 1 and the text that is in the text box on Page 14 appears at the bottom of Page 1.

I then delete this text on Page 1 scroll back down to Page 14 and the text disapopears. It is as though the text is linked in some way.

I have tried deleting the text box and re-creating another text box and typing the information in again and whatever text i type on Page 14 appears on page 1 again.

Please help.

Thanks,
G

RE: Duplication of Text in Word

Hello Gar-yun,

Hope you enjoyed your Microsoft Project Intermediate course with Best STL.

Thank you for your question regarding a mysterious text box in a Word document. Unfortunately, without having the document in front of me, I have been unable to duplicate the problem you seem to be having with a text box which seems to materialise when you scroll from the bottom of your 14 page document up to the first page.

If you would be so kind as to send me a copy of the said document I would certainly be able to figure out what is going wrong.

If you require further assistance, please reply to this post. Or perhaps you have another Microsoft Office question?

Have a great day.
Regards,
