Is there a way to make your personal signature appear on emails created from within a Word document?

RE: Signatures

Hello Lilly,

Hope you enjoyed your Microsoft Outlook Advanced course with Best STL.

Thank you for your question regarding adding ypur personal signature to an email generated from within Word.

Unfortunately, even though the signature is generated automatically when opening a new mail item in Outlook, when you are sending a document as an attachment from Word the signature does not automatically appear. It's easy to add though... all you do is click the Signature button found on the message ribbon then select the signature you require.

I hope this resolves your question. If it has, please mark this question as resolved.

If you require further assistance, please reply to this post. Or perhaps you have another Microsoft Office question?

Have a great day.

Outlook tip:

Change text case in Emails

When typing an email if the case is wrong press SHIFT + F3. This only works if Word is set as editor.
