Thanks for the question.

Your options are:-

you can protect the sheet, whereby you can let other users access the sheet but not modify it.

you can partially protect the sheet by letting other users input into particular specified cells

or you can password protect the whole document thus letting no one even see you sheet.

These options are covered on your course today, but if you have any problems please let me know
