how you can do some quizes on line

RE: more basic training

Hi Mandy,

Thanks for your question. I hope you enjoyed the Excel Introduction training.

Do you mean quizzes online using Excel? Or just general a quiz web page?

For Excel, you could create a quiz using the instructions found on this site (eHow):
http://www.ehow.com/how_2257544_create-quiz-excel.html

Then upload the Excel file to your web site or web space and direct people to the file. Or e-mail the file.

To create a general quiz online, you can use server side programming languages such as PHP, ASP or .NET in combination with HTML (eg. Dreamweaver, Expression web) to produce a quiz.

You can also create a quiz web page without using server side programming, using Javascript. See:
http://www.chami.com/tips/internet/072698i.html

There are commercial online quiz generators such as:
http://www.proprofs.com/quiz-school/
http://www.classmarker.com/ (free account option available)

For more resources on free quiz creation, try this article:
http://www.quiz-creator.com/blog/2009/09/free-online-quiz-creator-tools-create-online-quizzes/

Also, for surveys you can try:
http://www.surveymonkey.com/
Though note on their FAQ at the time of this post, they say: "We do not offer an automated grading or scoring function at this time. All responses must be manually graded."

I hope this helps.

If this answer resolves your query, please mark the question as 'resolved' (see below). Otherwise, please post a follow-up response to this post, and I will assist you further.
