Split Windows
how do i see multiple worksheets
RE: Split Windows
Hi Celia
Thank you for your question regarding the viewing of multiple worksheets.
The best way to achieve this is to firstly open a new window for the number of worksheets you want to view. For example if you have three worksheets you would like to see at once you would need to have three open windows.
To do this:
- Go to the 'View' tab
- In the 'Windows' group, select the 'New Window' button. This will open a new Excel window (so you now have two open windows, including the original workbook window - this can be seen at the bottom of your screen.)
- Click the 'New Window' button again to open a third window.
With the Windows open you now need to arrange them on your screen:
- Next to the 'New Window' button you should be able to see another button named 'Arrange All' - click this button and select the preferred arrangement i.e. tiled
- In each of the Windows select the worksheet you want to view.
You can then select the button 'Save Workspace' to save this arrangement in a location of your choice.
I hope this resolves your question. If it has, please mark this question as resolved.
If you require further assistance, please reply to this post.
Kind Regards,
