On a budget spreadsheet you have budget actual and variance. How do you change the variance number if the number is a minus and shaded in Black?

Hi Bhavna, thanks for your query. If I recall correctly, your query is to do with the colour formatting of positive and negative currencies and you're experiencing some mismatch on your budget and variance sheets. I think this has to do with your currency formatting. Select the cells on the worksheet with the figures in it, then right-click and choose Format Cells. You need to make sure that the Currency format is correctly applied to those cells in the appropriate worksheet. For example, if the values are negative you can choose the red and negative format, and vice versa.
